You’ll Take full ownership of daily operations – FOH + BOH.Set the tone with style, quality, and consistency.
Inspire, train, and manage your team to deliver top-tier service. Own the numbers – sales, costs, stock, planning. Could you collaborate on menus, specials, and guest experience? Create a space where people want to be – staff and guests alike.
We’re looking for 2–3 years’ experience running a kitchen or managing a restaurant
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Pilot PoS and basic admin skills (Excel, Word, etc).
Someone hands-on, reliable, and full of fresh ideas
Able to work flexibly (weekends/holidays) – own transport ideal.
