We are looking for a South African BBBEE Restaurant Manager in V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. High volume turnover, wine knowledge is a big plus as it is an up-market 240 seater up-market Restaurant, Offering R25K to R30K depending on experience and STABLE TRACK RECORD. At least 5 years experience managing a large restaurant, managing staff etc
Medical aid and Provident Fund are compulsory and tax, so you will come out with about R20K - R25K (The company does not contribute)
Must have own transport for shift work
