Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding brand integrity while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Maintain operational standards in line with company policy and service excellence
- Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and facilitate team development
- Oversee inventory control, supplier relations, and cost management
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and customer satisfaction protocols
- Liaise with marketing and management on promotions, events, and brand initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong administrative competence and organizational efficiency
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to delivering a refined customer experience
