Restaurant & Lodge Manager –at Paternoster Lodge & Restaurant
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant & Lodge Manager to lead the team at Paternoster Lodge & Restaurant on the West Coast. This role combines restaurant management, guest accommodation (7 rooms), and events coordination in a stunning coastal setting.
Key Duties:
- Manage restaurant service, lodge rooms, and guest experience
- Lead and motivate staff across all departments
- Oversee functions, weddings, and special events
- Control budgets, stock, and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, safety, and hygiene
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ hospitality management experience (restaurant + accommodation)
- Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
- Knowledge of food, beverage & events management
- Financial & stock management expertise
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
- Knowledge of Pilot and NightsBridge
