KITCHEN MANAGER for a 550 seater African Restaurant in Green Point

Please find job description below. We are offering R27 000.00 pm cost to company
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Installing and monitoring health and safety protocols at both our restaurants (550 pax & 250 pax)
- Training all the staff in the protocols
- Monitoring of protocols
- Setting up menus on Pilot system - MUST know Pilot
- Dietary analysis of each recipe
- Entering orders on Pilot daily
- Managing the day to day ordering of goods for 550 pax kitchen and checking of quality on delivery
- Stock taking, part of PILOT management
- Fine Dining quality and standards
- Managing the day staff with preparation of the evening feast – quality control
- Assisting with menu development and canape menus
- Management of staff rosters
- This position is mainly admin, 6 days per week, mainly day shifts
- Will suit a mature position
