- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Controlling operational costs and minimizing waste.
- Overseeing recruitment and training of new employees.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management:
- Managing budgets and financial records.
- Preparing financial reports on revenue and expenses.
- Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Service:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Greeting customers and providing recommendations.
- Staff Management:
- Creating staff schedules and managing employee conflicts.
- Providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Leading and motivating the team.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Organizing promotional events and special offers.
- Promoting the restaurant within the local community.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Working closely with suppliers and vendors.
