About the Role
We are looking for a Risk Analysis Specialist to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in the company's Growth Phase Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks linked to proposed initiatives.
- Develop mitigation frameworks and integrate risk management into the Growth Phase Plan.
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, and banking legislation.
- Support stakeholder workshops with risk-focused insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management or analysis, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Strong understanding of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with risk registers, probability–impact matrices, and mitigation strategies.
- Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
