Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Sage X3 deployments
Engage with business users to gather requirements and document functional specifications
Conduct user training and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery
Assist in system upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance
A BCom degree (Accounting, Information Systems, or similar discipline)
Sage X3 Certification in Finance and/or Manufacturing modules
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sage X3 implementations and support
Solid understanding of business processes in finance and/or manufacturing
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Skills
Minimum 3 Years’ Experience with Sage X3
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with report writing tools and basic SQL
