Our client a company that specialises in the manufacturing and distributing of chemical solvents, based in Pretoria East, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team in a mostly remote role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible working environment and enjoys balancing client communication with administrative support.

- Essential: Matric (Grade 12).
- Essential: Foundational accounting knowledge and experience in basic financial processes.
- Essential: Familiarity with Xero accounting software or a similar platform.
- Beneficial: Own vehicle and Valid Drivers License.
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage internal communication with clients, including responding to inquiries and following up on reviews and orders
- Log and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update online sales accounts and portals
- Respond to incoming emails in a professional and timely manner
- Handle creditor-related tasks, including capturing supplier invoices and processing payments
- Monitor and track payments, assist with basic cash flow administration
- Support the sales team with day-to-day admin functions, reporting, and coordination
- Provide general administrative assistance as required by the team
- Ensure accurate record keeping and filing of relevant documents
