We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and marketing with a proven ability to sign on new clients and build lasting business relationships. Social media marketing & design knowledge and experience is essential. B-BBEE industry knowledge & NPO experience would be a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and sign on new clients to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Assist in creating marketing content and campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Provide input on website design and help manage content updates or improvements.
- Support general business development efforts and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successfully signing on clients.
- Knowledge or experience in social media & design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
Bonus Skills (Advantageous but Not Required):
- Understanding of B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) principles or experience working in a B-BBEE-compliant environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
