What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and talented dynamic Sales Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and local market insight to drive customer engagement and support sales growth across diverse African regions.
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Enforce all rules, policies, SOP’s and regulations of the company and statuary legislation including the OSH Act.
- Report & investigate any incidents / accidents and non- conformance immediately.
The key responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales orders, ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, including documentation, shipping, and logistics.
- Communicate with customers, Build and maintain relationships, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage export documentation, process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, SD500, EDI AND SADC Documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulations. Stay up to date with export regulations, including tariffs, taxes, and customs requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams. Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating with logistics providers. Working with our nominated transporters and other logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Managing export orders. Tracking and managing export orders, including monitoring shipment status and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate records: Keeping accurate records of export sales, shipments, and documentation.
- Assisting to investigate and resolve customer service complaints.
- Performing additional duties where needed.

Must-Have:
- Matric/ Grade 12.
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in exports sales.
- Driver’s License.
- Own car.
- Syspro will be an added advantage.
