About the Position:
The Sales Development Representative. – (Hybrid work setup, Cape Town South Africa) - will primarily be responsible to grow the current existing United Kingdom and / or Dubai property portfolio. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with proven experience in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for canvassing databases, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation -Call leads from the assigned sources and add those interested to the Nestify Pipedrive and prepare those leads for the inbound sales team. Qualifying leads using the Nestify sales process
Sales Presentations - Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.
Sales Reporting and Analysis - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools. Managing various company platforms such as calendly & responding to landlord enquires timeously. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance
Market Intelligence - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide insights and recommendations to the team to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Demonstrate an impeccable command of the English language - both written and verbal;
2 years’ successful track record in cold calling & business development
2 years telephonic sales experience conducting a minimum of 50 daily outbound calls
Computer proficiency (MS Office or Google Docs)
Excellent customer relations experience, persuasive & motivated

Working Days/ Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 6:00pm (UK Time) / (UAE time)
