Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Fleet Sales team in managing and supporting corporate, rental, and leasing client accounts.
- Support the creation of tailored sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial contracts.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the vehicle portfolio to provide suitable mobility solutions to fleet customers.
- Contribute to market and competitor research to support strategy and growth planning.
- Coordinate internally with departments such as marketing, finance, logistics, and aftersales to facilitate the sales process.
- Help plan and execute fleet-related events, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Track performance metrics, customer feedback, and key business indicators.
- Engage in structured training, mentorship, and professional development activities.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma will be advantageous.
- Prior exposure to a customer-focused role is advantageous.
