As we expand our offering into intensive driving courses, we’re looking for a motivated, organised, and friendly Sales Consultant to help convert inbound leads into happy, paying customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Remote Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of human contact for learners who’ve enquired about an intensive driving course. Your job isn’t to “sell hard” — it’s to listen, guide, and help learners feel confident about taking the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up
Contact warm inbound leads via WhatsApp to arrange a convenient callback time.
- Consultative Sales Calls
Conduct short, friendly sales calls focused on understanding the learner’s needs, experience, timeline, and goals.
- Course Matching
Recommend the most suitable intensive course based on the learner’s driving background, availability, and urgency.
- CRM & Pipeline Management
Use our Kanban-style lead board to organise and track leads, ensuring every opportunity is followed up and no learner gets missed.
- Post-Sale Communication
Once a learner has paid, you’ll work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth handover and ongoing communication. You’ll be a key bridge between the learner and the team sourcing their instructor and facilitating the course.
Communication & Collaboration
Communication is everything in this role. You’ll work directly with our close-knit UK-based team to ensure that every learner feels informed, supported, and in good hands from the first message to the start of their course.
You’ll be expected to:
- Keep the team updated on all sales progress
- Share learner context and expectations clearly post-sale
- Flag any blockers or special circumstances early
- Maintain clear records and handovers to ensure a seamless learner experience

What We’re Looking For
We’re after a curious, confident, and warm communicator who genuinely enjoys speaking to people and helping them make informed decisions. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and able to manage a pipeline of leads with care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in Cape Town, working remotely during UK trading hours
- Confident and friendly phone manner with a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Curious and genuine — you care about helping people choose the right path
- Organised and self-motivated — you love ticking things off your to-do list
- Strong written English for WhatsApp communication
- Comfortable using lead management tools like Trello or a Kanban board
- Previous experience in consultative sales, customer service, or education is a plus
- Clear communicator and team player, eager to collaborate and contribute
