Job description
Job Objectives:
- To support the CX Manager in delivering digital touchpoint experiences that our customers engage with
- To support the CX manager in developing customer journey strategies that consistently improve the customer experience for Clicks and drive a customer centric culture throughout the business
- To research UX best practices across both competitors and user needs requirements
- To conduct all user testing across all UX business projects across the Clicks brand
- To analyse CX and UX data to inform our UX design process
- To manage content across all CX project work
- To collaborate with key marketing stakeholders and design team members
Minimum requirements
Knowledge:
Essential
- User testing research and usability testing (applied)
- Analysed research findings for a better understanding of user insight (applied)
- Good understanding of analytics and the UX design process (applied)
- Good understanding of what motivates a customer, (applied)
Desirable
- Previous UX research (particularly retail)
Skills:
- Analytical thinking: ability to read user and market research findings using logical and scientific reasoning (competent)
- Written and verbal communication (competent)
- Ability to conduct research (competent)
- Attention to detail (competent)
- Time management skills (competent)
Experience:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in market research (desirable in UX retail/FMCG marketing)
Desirable:
- 3 years’ experience in market research (desirable in UX retail/FMCG marketing)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in media, marketing, research, digital marketing (or relevant discipline
