Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is not about retail sales or shop assistance — we are looking for a professional with proven expertise in consultative and high-value sales. You will engage with prospective clients who have already completed our online pre-assessment (ADHD or Autism) and guide them toward booking a comprehensive clinical evaluation.
Your ability to combine empathy with persuasive communication and a structured sales approach will be key to converting warm leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured 10–15 minute follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Clearly present MindPath’s services, emphasising the value of our full diagnostic process for ADHD and Autism.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process and secure bookings for assessments.
- Handle objections with professionalism and provide reassurance tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed conversion and client engagement targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in consultative, health, or service-based industries (essential).
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and manage warm leads effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a client-first, empathetic approach.
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding client decisions.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Genuine interest in mental health or healthcare services is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the Irish healthcare system is desirable, but not required.
