As a Sales Specialist in our Group Travel department, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. On daily basis, you will
- Drive sales and consistently achieve targets within the Group Travel department.
- Provide excellent customer service to our German-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destination information.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
The basics you bring along
- A passionate salesperson with at least 3+ years of experience and clear sales results, preferably in the travel industry.
- Result-oriented and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach with a focus on achieving results and exceeding expectations.
- Motivated to integrate AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and German.
