Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Associate – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional to support the implementation, optimisation, and management of digital marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and data teams, to deliver personalised, automated, and insight-driven customer journeys that drive engagement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Automation
Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio
Implement dynamic and personalised content strategies based on customer segmentation, behaviours, and lifecycle stages
Manage campaign configuration, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
Customer Journey & Data Integration
Create and optimise customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and retention
Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless data flow from Salesforce CRM, CDPs, or external systems into SFMC
Use Contact Builder and Data Extensions to manage subscriber data and segmentation strategies
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse campaign performance using SFMC reports, Google Analytics, and CRM insights
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience
Develop dashboards and visual reports for key stakeholders
Platform & Process Support
Ensure campaign QA and compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and opt-out policies
Maintain marketing automation documentation and support process standardisation
Stay current with platform updates, new features, and best practices
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with marketers, designers, and product teams to align marketing technology solutions with business goals
Support training and onboarding of marketing users to enhance platform adoption
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to resolve issues and support project delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience with SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
Strong knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for email personalisation and data queries
Experience working with customer data, segmentation, and campaign metrics
Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer lifecycle management, and digital engagement
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or related tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
