Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Standard 10 education (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate in Financial Management (Essential/Minimum)
- Diploma in Financial Management (Recommended/Desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and project administration
- Proficiency in general accounting policies and procedures
- Strong capability in analyzing, compiling, and consolidating management reports
- Demonstrated skills in managing internal and external relations
- Competence in financial, administrative, and clerical support services
- Proven ability to maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in English (Essential/Minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, compile, and consolidate management reports to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
- Manage internal and external relationships, ensuring effective communication and service delivery with stakeholders and service providers.
- Process and verify financial transactions including debtors, cash, and asset accounting entries while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare and process invoices for payment, ensuring accurate coding and data entry for financial documentation.
- Maintain document management systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the financial portfolio to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with governance, policies, standards, and statutory regulations, fostering a culture of discipline and accountability.
- Support functional excellence through adherence to established processes and the sharing of best practices within the team.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to relevant Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
