Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into Jira workflows and configurations.
- Manage and optimise Jira Service Desk and Jira Service Management projects.
- Administer all Jira solutions across the group, including multiple service desks and boards.
- Contribute to the architectural input and strategic planning of Jira solutions to support scalability and maintainability.
- Configure and support Atlassian Marketplace plug-ins.
- Design and maintain specialised reporting and dashboards using Easy BI (e.g. SLA performance tracking).
- Provide third-line and BAU (Business As Usual) support for Jira-related issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Jira Service Desk and Jira Service Management.
- Strong experience configuring Jira and Marketplace plug-ins.
- Proficiency in Easy BI for advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
- Demonstrated experience in Jira architecture and solution design.
- Familiarity with ScriptRunner, automation rules, and REST APIs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven third-line support experience in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Atlassian certifications (e.g. ACP-100, ACP-400).
- Knowledge of Confluence, Bitbucket, and ITIL practices.
