Senior B-BBEE Consultant

1. Role Purpose

Drive and oversee full‑spectrum Broad‑Based Black Economic Empowerment (B‑BEE) consulting—gap analysis, strategy, implementation tracking, evidence compilation and liaison with SANAS‑accredited verification agencies—ensuring clients obtain smooth, timely B‑BEE certification.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual B‑BEE strategy workshops; prepare estimated scorecards and action plans.
• Conduct structured quarterly monitoring sessions with clients to review implementation progress and address compliance gaps.
• Drive documentation collection and implementation tracking, maintaining weekly B‑BEE checklists and escalating risks promptly.
• Compile clients’ B-BBEE files for ratings.
• Manage clients’ B-BBEE ratings.
• Provide technically correct, up‑to‑date legislative advice to clients.

3. Minimum Candidate Requirements

• 6 + years B‑BEE consulting with direct verification‑agency liaison.
• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent depth of consulting experience.
• B‑BEE Management Development Programme (MDP) advantageous;
• Intermediate Excel and proficient use of BEE Trax scorecard/work‑flow platform.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to R360 000,00 per year
