The Senior Creative Services Designer is an advanced subject matter expert, accountable for translating marketing strategies and concepts into visually captivating and compelling designs and developing materials that engage and resonate with target audiences, contributing to brand awareness and business growth.
This role takes responsibility for conceptualizing and executing high quality creative work and use their understanding of strategies, business problems and briefs, and translate these into creative solutions and executions.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensures regular audits are done to ensure brand alignment, template reviews and will work closely with our graphic design and multi-media teams to ensure we deliver on-brand engaging and emotive content that helps drive our demand engine.
- Works with the content strategy and campaigns teams to ensure new ideas for demand generation campaigns, and marketing communications are brand aligned.
- Implements and enforces brand standards and create procedures and guides to ensure content produced are brand appropriate.
- Actively maintains and reviews content / image / brand libraries to ensure fit-for-purpose templates and adherence to brand guidelines
- Enforces best practices, brand and content alignment across our regional and divisional teams.
- Tracks performance of brand and content utilization in achieving business goals.
- Develops effective models that help achieve optimal content life-cycle management across all platforms, internal and external.
- Develops visually appealing and innovative designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, email templates, and more.
- Generates graphics and visuals that enhance the impact of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events.
- Creates consistent and cohesive designs across various platforms and mediums to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Contributes to the development of visual concepts and strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand's overall marketing goals.
- Performs any other related task as required.

- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to communicate complex ideas succinctly and in a compelling way.
- Ability to build and cultivate cross functional relationships both internally and externally.
- Advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, sound brand governance methodologies and managing multiple projects.
- Highly developed program management skills and an ability to deliver major programs on time and budget with clear stakeholder management.
- Displays learning and result orientation.
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and implementing brand guidelines, ensuring that all brand communications align with the established visual and verbal identity.
- Ability to create comprehensive brand style guides that outline visual elements, typography, color palettes, logo usage, and more.
Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or Communications or a related field.
Required experience:
- Advanced experience in a business-to-business marketing role within an IT and/or services company.
- Advanced experience in a multi-national environment is preferred with the relevant experience in developing marketing plans and multi-phase programs across multiple geographies.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a strong sense of creativity.
