We are seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Trader with a strong focus on flow index and single stocks derivatives to join our dynamic trading desk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing and managing flow-driven derivatives strategies, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, liquidity, and risk management in equity derivatives markets.
- Are you someone who can:Execute flow-based trading strategies in index and single stock derivatives, including options, futures, and structured products.
Monitor and analyse market trends, order flows, and liquidity to identify trading opportunities.
Manage and optimise trading book risk, ensuring adherence to risk limits and compliance standards.
Collaborate with quantitative analysts and research teams to develop and refine trading models and strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, market makers, and internal stakeholders.
Provide market insights and trading ideas to the broader sales and structuring teams.
Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and new product offerings in equity derivatives.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of trading flow index and single stocks derivatives.
Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives and trading infrastructure.
Proven ability to generate alpha through flow trading strategies.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
