Key Accountable Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of payroll documentation, processing of new employees, terminations, inter-branch transfers, earnings, deductions, and company contributions daily.
- Assist the Payroll Executive with checking and updating reports to ensure that all changes and processes have been captured every month.
- Generate and reconcile Payroll reports every month.
- Monitor and supervise payroll administrators to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
Competency and qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM (added advantage)
- 5 years’ experience in Payroll Administration
- 5 years’ experience working with Sage 300 People
- Professional Certificate in Payroll Taxes and Administration (added advantage)
