Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Diploma/ B Degree in
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Computer Literacy
- Must be able to be called upon in case of emergencies
- Must be prepared to enter high- risk areas security provision
- 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in Property management
Key Performance Areas
- Actively participate in and lead parts of the development,
processes and structural elements for the effective execution and
replication of optimisation and rationalisation exercises in order to
develop, implement and sustain the planning and structural
elements for optimisation and rationalisation of immovable property
assets.
- Plan, facilitate and lead the execution of Optimisation and
effectively and efficiently execute Optimisation and Rationalisation
projects and exercises.
- Facilitate and execute the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on
completed to ensure appropriate reporting on progress and
outcomes of optimisation and rationalisation exercises and projects
and identify, record and emphasise challenges, successes and
learnings.
- Implementation and Maintenance of stakeholder management
management in order to provide structured engagement with
stakeholders, build relationships and manage expectations.
- Management of the staff compliment of the Sub-section, the
the Section in order to ensure optimal utilisation of human resources
and efficient delivery of the optimisation and rationalisation function
that complies with the department’s key performance targets.
