Purpose of the Job
- You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of receptionists towards achieving reception KPI's and creating a fun dynamic environment to work in.
- Our senior receptionists are responsible for greeting members and delivering exceptional customer service.
- We offer individualized and personal customer service to our members to assist with resolving any account or club related queries.
- Senior receptionists are developed to attain the necessary skills to take on a Manager On Duty role.
Key Performance Areas include:
- Receiving member and club based communications and responding effectively.
- Building on member relationships to better their fitness journey.
- Assisting with purposeful KPI driven tasks to improve overall company brand.
- Provide an exceptional front line service and experience to potential and new joining members.
- Responsible for effectively and efficiently controlling membership access to ensure a smooth new member journey from start to finish.
- Effectively lead a team to resolve issues and queries based on a daily duty flow.
Experience and Competencies Required
- The ability to work early mornings or late evenings for the opening and closing of the facility.
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans
- Computer literacy skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must have a vibrant and dynamic personality that reflect the Planet Fitness values that are aligned with our mission & Vision statement.
- Previous experience within a front desk or welcome desk position is required.
- Need to have own reliable transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R7 000,00 - R7 500,00 per month
