Restaurant in Stellenbosch requires a full time manager
The successful candidate must
- be prepared to work industry hours which include late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- have excellent computer literacy skills
- experience working with POS systems
- previous restaurant/bar management experience
- relevant admin experience
- be self motivated and able to work under pressure
- be able to work alone as well as part of a team
- have the ability to delegate
- reside in Stellenbosch
- good stock management skills and knowledge of liquor and food costings essential
- be well spoken and presentable
- have a clean criminal record and traceable references
- knowledge of wine an advantage
A tertiary qualification and a first aid qualification will be advantageous.

- High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:
- Front of house management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant management: 2 years (Required)
