The Sales executiverole
We are looking for a dynamic sales executive to coordinate our sales teams, ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support the management.
The sales executive will be based in our offices in Westville and will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as improving sales performance, recruiting and training staff.
The successful executive, will have:
- excellent sales skills over the phone

- thorough knowledge of products and services (training will be provided)
- able to work in a fast paced environment
- results-driven and sales-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue
- Solving customer problems and answering customers' questions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations.
- Assisting with the selling of our memberships and services to maximize sales and conversion.
- Developing strategies to improve sales and conversions through ongoing training and development
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Providing feedback to management regarding team members to ensure they are a good fit with the company culture and mission
- Assist Management in Sales Strategy development
- Coordinating with marketing teams to promote new products or services to existing clients
- Keep informed of New Products and Services
- Prepare Sales Reports
Requirements:
- Experience in sales is necessary.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field will be advantageous.
