We’re building our recruitment tech and processes in real-time and we need someone who’s hands-on, organised, and confident to take full ownership of job posts, candidate screening, and interview quality
Your Role:
- Candidate & Interview Management
- Conduct structured face-to-face interviews (Zoom) across multiple functions: Sales, IT, Ops, PMs
- Confidently move candidates forward or disqualify based on clear criteria
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality evaluation standard
- Review and score video interviews and written assessments with strong attention to detail
- ATS & Job Posting Oversight
- Create and publish jobs on Workable, ensuring forms, scorecards, and automations are correctly set up correctly
- Own the structure and accuracy of job descriptions and workflows
- Identify and resolve issues in job postings or pipeline flow
- Ensure ATS hygiene across all active roles
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with acquisition and fulfilment team to ensure candidates match client requirements
- Support onboarding of successful candidates, ensuring a smooth handover to clients and helping set them up for success
- Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, and hiring priorities as our platform grows
- Start Date: Immediately
About You:
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Confident conducting 5–10 structured interviews daily
- Able to recruit across multiple role types and industries
- Experienced with ATS tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse
- Highly organized, structured, and process-driven — no steps skipped
- Adaptable and proactive in fast-changing, tech-driven environments
- Experience supporting candidate onboarding and client handover processes
- Bonus: experience in client-based/fulfilment models or startup recruitment
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable with:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
- LinkedIn & Email
