- Campaigns completion
- Manage Technician staff
- Manage Apprentices
- Planning workshop and Filed services jobs
- Client liaison
- Oversee Kuruman; workshop Vehicle fleet
- Management outwork for jobs
- Manage OHSACT_ Kuruman workshop environment
- Submission of all warranty Claims: BELL, JCB and Finlay
- Consolidating & maintaining spreadsheet of all warranty sign offs
- Assisting with all queries on warranty jobs
- Manage Contractors to Kuruman workshops
- WIP – within acceptable days
- Assist workshops debtor queries
- Sign off jobs and sign off queries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must be qualified Earthmoving Mechanic with ten years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good management planning & people skills
- Applicants must have a sound knowledge of: Hydraulics, Drivetrain and Warranties Policies and procedures.
- Disciplinary procedure
- Safety regulations, technical requirements
- Environmental regulations
- Industrial relations
- Good HR skills _ (interviewing skills)
- Administration procedures
- SAP system
- BELL warranty procedures
- Must be Computer Literate
