Purpose of Role: To Improve occupational health and safety standards. Develop a sustainable pipeline of skilled safety professionals. This is part of the Weir skills development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- On the job training to contribute to the improvement and sustainment of the Africa SHE Management system.
- Administrative duties, document control and updating of SHE Management System documents in accordance with the ISO and Weir Group Standards requirements.
- Co-ordinate and maintain SHE Electronic Management Systems with regards to documentation and data input.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent with mathematical literacy
- Computer literacy
