NUTRI Feeds is one of the leaders in the manufacturing of animal feed in South Africa, we are also a world player and the first choice in animal feeds for pigs, sheep, poultry, dairy and beef cattle. The following position exists at our division in Lichtenburg.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- N2 or any tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position

Duties and Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision:
Oversee production processes, ensure machinery efficiency, maintain product quality, manage subordinate discipline and well-being, and enforce safety procedures.
- Optimising Throughput:
Conduct quality checks on milled products and ensure the durability of equipment through in-process sampling.
- Projects:
Identify and contribute to initiatives that add value and work effectively as part of a team.
- Health and Safety:
Enforce safe working practices, use PPE, report risks and non-compliance, and assist in drafting standard operating procedures.
- Training and Coaching:
Communicate staff training needs to the manager for skill development.
- Feed Safety:
Maintain cleanliness, prevent contamination and spillages, and ensure high standards of personal hygiene.
