Must have a B. Tech/ B. Sc./ B. Eng. Construction Management/ Building Management qualification
Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to schools construction projects
Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget
Supervise site staff and subcontractors
Monitor quality control and health & safety regulations
Report progress and issues to project management
Proven experience managing schools development projects (Building)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Must have worked on large contracts with building construction, housing and schools developments construction projects and site supervision and management
Must have a minimum of 5 – 8 years’ site supervision experience and management
Must be registered or eligible to register with ECSA of SACPCMP
Must have on-site experience on projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
