As the Concrete Foreman, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating various concrete construction tasks to deliver high-quality results. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Concrete Construction: Leading and managing concrete construction operations, ensuring accurate implementation of engineering plans and specifications.
2. Team Leadership: Providing strong leadership to concrete construction teams, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
3. Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections and quality checks on concrete works to maintain the highest standards.
4. Health and Safety: Prioritizing safety on the construction site, enforcing safety protocols, and promoting a safety-conscious work culture.
5. Reporting: Providing regular progress updates to the Site Engineer and contributing to project status reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman with a strong background in reinforced concrete and water retaining projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead construction teams effectively.
- Min 5 years related experience in a similar environment.
- Will be required to work overtime, when required.
- Must have own, reliable transport.
- May be required to work away from home.
