Key Responsibilities:
Manage specialised cleaning projects with high attention to quality and client satisfaction
Conduct regular site inspections and team supervision
Provide technical support for sales teams during quoting
Drive safety compliance and industry best practices
Promote and expand non-recurring services
Oversee equipment, stock control, staff attendance, and performance
Matric (Post-school qualification is an advantage)
Minimum 5 years’ management experience in industrial/commercial cleaning
Strong knowledge of specialised cleaning is essential
Driver’s license is required
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Computer literate (especially Excel)
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between sites
Total cost to company package is R25 000.
