Job Description
- Plan stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Maintain systems to record all stock movements.
- Actively participate in improving the level of safety on the warehouse
- Partake in annual stock take audits.
- Reporting of inventory statistics to Management – stock on hand.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Responsible for reconciling stock discrepancies and for reporting stocktake results to Management.
- Uphold and work according to all internal and external safety guidelines.
- Daily reconcile physical stock of raw materials.
- Assist with the reconciliation of raw material stock queries
- Ad hoc tasks as delegated by Management
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Inventory Management or related fields advantageous
- Minimum of 1 year related experience.
- Computer knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of Syspro would be advantageous.
