About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant to provide strategic leadership for the development of the company's Growth Phase Plan under its 5-Year Corporate Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation of the Growth Phase Plan, ensuring alignment with Company's mandate.
- Provide oversight across strategy review, opportunity identification, and feasibility analysis.
- Facilitate workshops with Company leadership, Board, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver Board-ready draft and final reports.
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, and banking legislation.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in strategy development within the banking/financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulated financial environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic planning projects.
- Excellent facilitation, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
