Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead to oversee and support a high-performing team within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring team alignment with company objectives, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.
- Facilitate team meetings, one-to-ones, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate workloads and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Act as the first point of contact for team queries and escalate issues when required.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies.
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
