The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Effectively managing the performance of the team of agents
- Taking responsibility for ensuring that the team conducts as many high quality interactions as possible, captures data effectively and traces voters efficiently
- Leading the team of agents to gather the highest quality data possible
- Meeting all required targets to achieve campaign 2026 LGE objectives
- Assisting with calling, data capturing, auditing and tracing, when necessary

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Staff management experience
- Relevant call centre or data capturing experience
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite

- Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
