The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the Party’s campaign objectives and expected quality standards are met by conducting reviews and confirmation of political activity records
- Conducting high quality interviews and interactions with voters
- Quality capturing of data collected in the contact centre and in the field
- Accurate tracing of voter information

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Experience in a call centre or customer services environment
- Experience in database capturing (advantageous)
- Experience in quality assurance (advantageous)
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite

- Time management and organisation
- Administration and attention to detail
