Our innovative and growing company is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of Marketing and Sales position.
- Experience within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Smoke Extraction, industry will be advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Demonstrate strong Technical Sales Management and/or Leading Teams.
- Compile sales tenders, project proposals and reports.
- Costing Sheet preparation and approval of ventilation design proposals and tenders.
- Lead team to proactively drive technical customer decisions in a highly competitive market.
- Market business relationship building and mainstream marketing to:
- Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects / PQS’s, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors / Roofing Contractors, Property Managers / Developers, Local Authorities, End Users.
- Strong communication approach to all prospects, clients, and professionals in the industry.
- Client strategy and planning.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Smoke Extraction, industry will be advantageous
