About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients who align with our business solutions. Unlike traditional high-volume cold-calling positions, this role emphasizes quality over quantity—uncovering the right types of clients by understanding various industry verticals, recognizing potential challenges, and aligning our solutions to generate meaningful interest.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, the ability to research and engage with decision-makers, and a passion for technology and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients across different industries, focusing on those who would benefit most from our solutions.
- Industry & Business Insight: Develop an understanding of various industry verticals, key business processes, and potential challenges to position our solutions effectively.
- Strategic Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, using a consultative approach to generate interest.
- Lead Qualification & Vetting: Assess business needs and ensure alignment with our services before passing leads to a consultant.
- Appointment Setting: Secure high-quality meetings for our consultants to explore business opportunities further.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and track engagement progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, industry challenges, and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and qualify opportunities rather than focus on call volume.
- Tech-Savvy: Passion for technology, business process automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Resilience & Drive: A motivated self-starter who thrives on uncovering opportunities and driving meaningful conversations.
Compensation
