- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement and office administration
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Ability to source, complete and organize tender information.
- Knowledge of public procurement policy and relevant legislation.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Driver’s license
- Neat handwriting
- Ability to work independently.
WORKPLACE COMPETENCES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include:
- Identify opportunities in the Electrical & Civil Engineering sector .
- Attending briefing meetings physically and virtually.
- Compiling tender documents
- General office administration
system.
- Delivery and submission of tenders
- Managing the preparation of bids and effectively implementing the bid process.
- On time delivery of the tender
- Capturing and tracking bid opportunities
- Ensure proposals align with client needs.
