SummaryWe are seeking a meticulous and personable Intake Specialist with a background in law to join our team. In this role, you will handle calls, gather sensitive client information, draft legal documents, and provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients. If you're trustworthy, organized, tech-savvy, and have a sophisticated demeanor, we want to hear from you! • Monthly Compensation: $ 680 – $ 800 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing inbound client calls with professionalism and tact
• Requesting and collecting sensitive and confidential information securely
• Drafting legal documents, invoices, and statements accurately
• Conducting research on legal statutes, opinions, and related legal information
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships through regular feedback and queries resolution
• Attending to file administration, document management, and general office duties
• Supporting team with administrative and clerical tasks as required

Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist or Receptionist Assistant
• Proficiency with calendar management tools
• Experience drafting legal documents and handling legal inquiries
• Own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work
Software
• CRM: Infusionsoft/Keap

• Internal communications and collaboration: Zoom, Slack
• Email and calendar management: Gmail, G Suite
• Additional tools: Office Suite, Adobe, G Suite
Working Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
