Every individual gets support tailored to their needs—whether they’re going through a tough time, navigating a challenge at work, or just looking to improve their mental fitness.
We don’t stop at human care. Each user is also supported by Oli, our intelligent AI assistant that helps reinforce key techniques and guidance between sessions—making the impact of each session go further.

Diversity & Inclusion
We know the tech industry has a diversity problem. Without proactively addressing this, we could easily end up hiring a lot of very similar people. So we’re enthusiastically encouraging applications from underrepresented groups in our industry. We hire with fairness and awareness—and we mean it.
Whoever you may be: regardless of age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, background, or identity, we’d love to hear from you. If you need any adjustments during the interview process, let us know and we’ll accommodate.
Who we are
Oliva is a mission-driven mental wellbeing platform built by people who’ve been through it themselves—burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, and all the challenges life and work can throw at you.
We’re a tight-knit team of designers, engineers, psychologists, and operators who believe that proper mental health support can change lives—if it’s delivered by the right people, in the right way. That’s where you come in.
Our co-founders—Javier Suarez, Sançar Sahin, and Huw Slater—have built and scaled well-known tech companies like TravelPerk, Typeform, Hotjar, and GetApp. They know the emotional rollercoaster of high-performance environments, and they're committed to building something different: a company that supports both performance and wellbeing.
If you’ve ever wished mental health support was easier to access, more practical, or just… better, you’re in good company. That’s the gap Oliva is here to fill—and we’d love to do it alongside passionate freelance professionals like you.
