Workshop Clerk - Head Office (Brackenfell)
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Purpose:
The Workshop Clerk is responsible for administrating documentation pertaining to the planning and execution of workshop repairs. They manage registration and communication between branches.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Fleet experience and knowledge are an advantage
- Administration and organizational skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Must be a team player and adapt to change easily
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communications skills (Proficient in English & Afrikaans)
- Fully computer literate
Key Performance Areas:
- Record insurance claims
- Completing claim documents
- Liaise with the HR department regarding AOD and insurance claims
- Record fines
- Follow up on AOD's
- Load all job cards onto the key fleet system
- Ordering of vehicle parts
- Arrange service bookings
- Capture all fleet expenses
- Scan invoices onto Keyfleet System
- Assist the fleet administrator when required
