DaklaPack is looking for an Account Manager Inside Sales!
This job is located in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you are the main point of contact for our customers. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers on a variety of (sustainable) packaging solutions.
- Manage and maintain full communication for various customer accounts within DaklaPack.
- Build your own customer portfolio.
- Communicate with customers about inquiries, deliveries, stock, samples, and product information.
- Process customer orders and hand them over internally to production and logistics.
- Handle inquiries and sales orders in our systems.
Who you are
- 3–6 years of experience in a commercial inside sales role.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Highly customer-focused: able to translate a customer’s question into the right solution.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, without losing sight of the commercial aspect.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive.
- A switched-on, self-starting professional with plenty of initiative.
- Available for at least 32 hours per week.
