Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transaction-related admin, commission calculations, and assisting agents with transaction-related queries.
Prior experience in real estate administration will be highly advantageous, and the successful applicant must be proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and processing commission sheets accurately and efficiently.
- Working on our CRM system for transaction management.
- Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Drafting letters to clients and attorneys.
- Assisting agents with invoices and commission agreements.
- Collaborating with the transactions team to resolve transaction-related queries.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience working on computers with Safari or Google Chrome.
- Experience with Mac is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in real estate or financial administration is an advantage.
- Experience working on the administrative side of real estate is highly beneficial.
