Job Advert Summary
Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of an Administrator for our Corporate and Short Courses department to be based at our Eduvos Tyger Valley campus, but will be required to travel to our Stellenbosch offices as required.
The Position:
To provide comprehensive administrative support for Corporate and Short Course programmes, enabling effective programme delivery, relationship management, and accurate data reporting.
The incumbent will be required to work from our Eduvos Tygervalley Campus 2 days a week and 3 days a week at the NetEd Woodmill office in Stellenbosch.
Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative support, preferably within an educational, corporate, or similar professional environment.
- Experience in data management, reporting, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
- Support the development and maintenance of a pipeline of high-impact corporate partner prospects aligned to Eduvos’ strategic objectives.
- Source contact information for prospective corporate partners and initiate communication to arrange meetings.
- Assist in building and maintaining productive relationships with corporate partners.
Data Management
- Regularly update prospect and programme databases, ensuring accuracy and currency of data.
- Maintain strict adherence to data protection regulations and privacy legislation.
Administration and Reporting
- Prepare quarterly updates on student academic performance.
- Compile and distribute academic performance reports to corporate partners.
- Draft and manage relevant communications with corporate partners.
- Collect, summarise, and disseminate student feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Outputs / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of prospect and programme database updates.
- Regularity and accuracy of academic performance reporting.
- Quality and punctuality of communications to corporate partners.
