Eduvos is looking to hire the services of an Administrator to be based at any one of our Eduvos campuses nationwide.

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist within the Academic department.

- This is a fixed-term opportunity, and the successful candidates will be remunerated for duties completed
- Training will be implemented for the duties and responsibilities concerned
Minimum Requirements
In order to be considered for the opportunity, the following minimum requirement must be met:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Mircosoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Data capturing experience would be an added advantage

- Work hours: 08h00 – 16h30 Monday – Thursday; 08h00 – 16h00 Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Administration: To assist in the administration and activities as required for the execution of a fast-tracked process where applicable to the Curriculum Mapping project
- Accurate Data Entry: Capture and input various forms of data (e.g., text, numerical, or coded information) from source documents into digital systems or databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Review, verify, and correct entered data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and retrieve physical or electronic documents as required, ensuring proper filing and secure storage of sensitive information.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Generate basic reports and summaries from the captured data to assist departments in tracking performance, operations, or compliance metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth data flow, clarify unclear information, and meet project deadlines.
